Pet hair

To get pet hair out of upholstery, wear a pair of suede leather work gloves and “pet” the seats with them.  The hair will pill up and be easy to vacuum up.  Get a quality pair, otherwise the bits of suede that is left could be worse that the hair to get out.

 

3M Removable Hooks

I believe in and highly recommend the 3M removable hooks and clips.  They can be used anywhere, permanent or temporary, to help keep things in order.  I use them to keep cords out of the way and under control.   They are also handy for hanging kitchen gadgets on the back of doors and easy to find.

 

How do I begin organizing?

To start organizing, you must have the goal in mind.  Without the goal, there is nothing to motivate you, guide you, or focus on when planning.  Write down your goal, and the draw up a plan with small steps that will get you to your goal.  Think small steps so the plan does not become overwhelming.
